1Privacy
The privacy policy sets out what data is collected, where it is held and what rights you have over it. It is the document to read before putting real data into the platform.
2Terms
The terms of service cover conditions of use, what workspace administrators are responsible for, and what happens on termination. Pricing and billing follow your own contract.
3Security
The security page describes the technical and organisational measures: centralised authentication, isolation between organisations, backups and audit logging. This is usually the part legal teams ask for during review.
4Document updates
These documents are being finalised and will replace the current drafts. Changes that affect your rights will be announced in advance by email to workspace administrators.
