Terms of service
The terms under which Kobizo provides openDesk.
This page is being prepared. What follows is a draft, not the final text — do not rely on it for a legal or contractual decision.
Key points
- Workspace administrators are responsible for the accounts they create.
- Pricing and billing follow your contract, not the pricing page.
- On termination, data is exported before anything is deleted.
1Using the service
The service is provided for lawful use. Workspace administrators are responsible for the accounts they create and for the content their organisation puts into the platform.
2Billing
The pricing page is there to help you estimate. The rates that actually apply, the billing cycle and the renewal terms are the ones set out in the signed contract.
3Termination
Either party may terminate under the agreed conditions. Before deletion, workspace data is exported in a readable format and handed over to you.
4Liability and limits
The service is provided on a best-effort basis, with any availability commitment stated in the contract. The detailed limitation-of-liability wording is being finalised together with the rest of the legal set.
