Privacy policy
What is collected, where it is held, and who can reach it.
This page is being prepared. What follows is a draft, not the final text — do not rely on it for a legal or contractual decision.
Key points
- Only the data needed to run the service is collected.
- Content you create is yours — we do not use it to train models.
- You can request an export or deletion of personal data at any time.
1What we collect
The platform stores account details (name, email, organisation), technical logs kept for operations and security, and whatever content you create in the apps. Nothing is collected for advertising or resale.
2Where it is held
For the hosted service, data sits on infrastructure located in Europe. If you run openDesk yourself, all data stays on your own infrastructure and we have no access to it.
3Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal data. Send the request to the contact address below; we verify identity before acting on it.
4Third parties
Some infrastructure — object storage, outbound email — is provided by external suppliers, and each receives only the data that part requires. The list of processors will be published here once the final text is ready.
