Online handbook
The openDesk operating handbook.
This page is being prepared. What follows is a draft, not the final text — do not rely on it for a legal or contractual decision.
Key points
- Follows the real sequence, from sign-up to daily operation.
- Separate tracks for administrators and for end users.
- Written against this deployment, not generic upstream documentation.
1How it is organised
The handbook follows the order things actually happen in: register a workspace, verify the domain, invite users, then the day-to-day work. Read it through once, use it for reference afterwards.
2For administrators
The administrator track covers users, domains, permissions and the workspace lifecycle. Each topic states which permission you need before you can carry it out.
3For everyone
The user track explains how to use each app in the suite for the tasks that come up most. The emphasis is on concrete steps rather than feature lists.
4Contributing
If something is wrong or missing, tell us the page and what needs correcting. The handbook is updated in step with changes to the platform.
