Integrated workplace

The sovereign workplace, built on open source.

Eight openDesk apps, one Keycloak login. Your team uses the portal; admins manage domain, users, and billing in the control plane.

  • Open-source stack, no vendor lock-in.
  • One SSO session across every app tile.
  • Admin console for domain, users, billing.
  • Your own mail domain — register a new name or connect one you own.

One login, eight tiles. Pro adds a custom hostname with guided DNS and TLS.

From sign-up to first login

Three short steps

Create your organization in under a minute, then invite teammates.

  1. 1

    Create the organization

Organization name, domain, and the first admin account. Starts on Starter — upgrade anytime.

  2. 2

    Open the portal

Sign in with Keycloak and you'll see all eight openDesk tiles ready to use.

  3. 3

    Invite and customize

Add teammates, set branding, and (on Pro) point your hostname with the guided DNS checklist.

What you get

Everything a team needs, in one portal

Each tile is a fully-featured app from the openDesk stack — no per-app accounts, no extra passwords. Open the handbook for the full feature list.

Security & trust

Sovereign by design, transparent by default

openDesk is built from established open-source components — each with its own audit history and community.

Known components

Nextcloud, Open-Xchange, Element, Collabora, OpenProject, XWiki, Jitsi, Keycloak — released and patched upstream.

Identity in Keycloak

IAM admins manage realms and federation; users stay inside the portal. One SSO session, one audit trail.

Compliance-ready

Baseline security, privacy and accessibility notes live in the handbook next to day-two operations guidance.

Enterprise

Procurement-ready, on your terms

SCIM provisioning, dedicated capacity, negotiated SLAs and advanced hostnames — talk to us when Pro is not enough.

Pricing

Every subscription includes the same openDesk portal apps and 10 GB of managed data per user on standard plans. Starter uses the mail domain you register at signup. Pro adds your own hostname, the first 10 users at no charge (Experience), then per-user pricing by team-size band (from $6.99/user/mo in 11–50, with lower rates in larger bands). Enterprise is for procurement, compliance, and programs that need custom terms.
